The first buy I made as an entrepreneur after my website was the yearly subscription for Smartbill. It has ever since helped me through the years with reliable, easily accessible data, user friendly interface, top notch support services! It is now after 4 years and will continue to be an essential part of my project growing and succeeding. I highly recommend it as a great “team member”:)

They can't wait to catch you and hit you on your wallet. They've introduced limitations on data transmitted via API to ensure you don't issue too many invoices without them benefiting. Be very cautious if you plan to use automation. They always pose as caring individuals, but in reality, they aren't. I had my account closed and lost data, even though I paid for a subscription for years—they didn't care. If you transmit more invoices automatically, you'll have to delete them manually one by one, and their database architecture is totally rudimentary. You can't correct an invoice number. You will have to delete all invoices one by one up to the wrong one and then recreate all the invoices again. They have never provided support. I am disappointed with them and do not recommend their services.

Do you want to re-educate us, or what? Maybe you don't know what services you offered in the past. It is about the premium subscription that you have, and in the past, the API service was not limited. And more precisely, what resources are used when data is transmitted via API? The amount of information transmitted for issuing an invoice is extremely small. It's not like I'm sending 100 invoices per minute, overloading the server.

Stimate domnule Latea, limitarile cu privire la numarul de documente emise prin API au existat inca de la lansarea serviciilor SmartBill in Cloud, singura modificare facuta a fost in sensul in care aceste servicii au devenit pre-paid, in loc de post-paid; altfel zis, numarul de documente/interogari incluse este acelasi, insa utilizarea automatizarilor dupa atingerea limitelor abonamentului necesita fie trecerea la un abonament superior, fie achizitionarea unor credite care sa fie folosite in acest sens. Sistemul nu este inventat de SmartBill, ci este unul similar cu cel folosit de operatorii de telefonie mobila pentru cartelele pre-paid, in scopul de a asigura flexibilitate sporita utilizatorului (plateste exact cat utilizeaza). Cat despre pierderea datelor, acestea sunt stocate pentru o perioada limitata de timp dupa expirarea valabilitatii abonamentului, perioada pe care facem tot posibilul sa o extindem gratuit in limitele resurselor disponibile, dar si in limitele legale (perioada de stocare este prevazuta si in Termenii si Conditiile de utilizare, informatie vizibila si transparenta pentru orice utilizator). De asemenea, unele corecturi pe factura nu sunt posibile (cum ar fi numarul documentului), din ratiuni ce tin de posibila dublare a numarului documentului, chestiune care ar putea fi neplacuta atat dpdv contabil, cat si dpdv al rigorilor presupuse de transmiterea documentelor in SPV. Regretam faptul ca sunteti dezamagit de anumite aspecte, insa de-a lungul timpului am facut tot posibilul sa va oferim solutii corecte, la un pret corect, in incercarea de a mentine o buna colaborare.
