Crushing and losing coins even if you won
Do something with the app, from the last update it crashes and I don’t get my coins even if I win, I’ve lost a few millions .... I’m deleting the app I've had for a few years now... thanks a lot!
Very nice games, unskilled support team
I really like miniclip games. But the support never succeeded in helping me with anything. They do not understand the questions even if you do a drawing. They do not know the games. You cannot offer support if you never played a miniclip game. They are confusing things always. I dont even know if they are english-native or just learned it from school. About the apps, the in-game virtual purchases with virtual cash or virtual coins is made to take your money. There is no confirmation dialog, and if you click by mistake a Buy button when scrolling through items your virtual money is gone.
Scammers! Stay away!!
They're scammers! They had this offer, to give you a free wheel spin if you watch a video. They didn't, they only awarded 25 coins, which is low than the medium recompense from a wheel spin. I tried to contact the in-app support and they told me they are busy, bla-bla, and if I could provide them screenshots!!! Lol!! Screenshots?! Like I was supposed to know they're scammers!!
Some other bad thing about this game: the matchmaking is so bad that, when I was lvl 41 I was paired to play against players from lvl 8 to lvl 149!!! That isn't fair at all, especially when you go all-in.
