Awesome app
Really enjoy the app and having all my music apps in one place. You can also control which speaker to play in which room or you can play music at all speakers at the same time.
Unstable
I’ve had 4 Sonos play:1 for at least 5 years. As they don’t have airplay compatibility, a year ago i’ve introduced in the system a play:5. Since then, the system is unstable. I thought it will solve in time, maybe with a new update, but it gets from bad to worse. This morning i couldn’t introduce play:5 into the network (Incompatible Sonos Versions error message) but still there is no update available and the updates are installed automatically anyway. Of course, i’ve took screenshots to document this.
Terrible
Was listening to music just fine but suddenly it didn’t recognize my apple music subscription, although I have one. Now I can‘t listen to any of my music anymore. Might as well throw the speaker out of the window if I can‘t use it.
