Much better quality scooters than all the other companies and you can also ride in the red zones, a unique feature only found at Splash. 5 star rating from the bottom of my heart. Wish you had more scooters! Ah yes, and you don’t need to take a bs picture at the end of the ride :)
not recommend;
I DO NOT recommend. After you enter the card details and the taxation starts you cannot stop the trip from the app because the app would not function; it sais an sms would be sent for validation but I did notreceive the sms, yet I got notifications that I exceeded my budget (the device was notmoved from it’s place, I did not do the trip, I just wanted to end it,which was not possible. I had to call my bank and suspend the card, as Splash would send me notifications that I exceeded the budget. Their website would not work to send messages (error sending message, it said) and no emergency phone number or heline was available.A friend who was with me tried to install the app and encountered the sams problem.
Am selectat optiunea de grup, am introdus datele cardului pentru prima trotineta,iar pentru a doua nu a mai mers. M-a scos din aplicatie. La autentificare, spune ca voi primi un sms de verificare, insa acesta nu a venit. Evident ca nu am mai putut pleca nicaieri, insa nu am mai putut inchide cursa pt prima trotineta, cursa care continua sa fie taxata (oprirea se face din aplicatia care nu mai functiona). Pe site, nu mergea optiunea de trimitere mesaj (eroare de trimitere). A trebuit sa sun la banca pentru ca primeam notificari de la splash ca am depasit suma taxata.
A mai incercat cineva sa instaleze aplicatia si la fel, nu se trimitea sms ul de “verificare” si nu pitea accesa aplicatia.
Nu recomand, o hotie stil romanesc.

Sambata seara intre 12:30 si 2 au fost unele probleme cu trimiterea de SMS-uri. Te rugam sa ne scrii in aplicatie la Contact us, sau un e-mail la hello@ridesplash.com si promitem sa reparam problema.

Amazing quality
You ride more smoothly compared to other providers. Scooters have suspension , they make almost no noise. App is very user friendly. Please extend the area for riding and parking in Prelungirea Ghencea and add an option similar to group ride (from lime) if possible.
