A very nice made app. I like the design, the ads are not intrusive, they don’t bother me.
Very good!

One thing: my phone kind of heats up a little too much when running this app. Can you please fix this? I use it on an iPhone 8, haven’t tested it on other phones.

Get greeted by ad

Bad user experience. If you really say you designed this game with the player in mind then you are wrong. First time I open the app, hit play and get an ad! I haven’t even spend 3 seconds in the game when this happens :-/

Response to developers: I’m not against ads !! Of course ads should be in the game because it’s free, but try to develop with the players in mind. Let users play for at least 10 minutes before hitting them up with an ad! It’s only fair to put players first if you want them to start investing in your app. ☺️

EDIT: We already moved from intrusive 30-second ads to static interstitials to offer a more user-friendly experience. As per your suggestion: Since the average time spent in most mobile games is less than 8 minutes, we wouldn't make any profits - users would simply close & re-open the game. But again, thank you for your input :)

Sorry - but that's what the in-app-purchase is for - to remove ads. The game is free, so people can "try before they buy", or leave the ads, and enjoy a free game - either way, we need to generate some sort of revenue to keep developing updates in the future, as well as pay some bills (we're not getting rich off of this).

We're fairly certain that you don't enjoy working for free either :)

Looks nice, but not much else

I like the daily notifications and the UI is pretty nice, although the board could be larger.

What I don’t like is the seemingly randomness of some boards, where you end up with a few cells that don’t have an obvious solution and you end up relying on luck or testing all possible permutations in your head.

I have played sudoku on a bunch of different apps and I have never got into such a situation.

Hey! Thanks for the review. We are working on releasing 5.0 in which the boards will be a completely different algorithm. We have hand selected all boards at all levels and test for techniques so you won’t run into the issue you are having. We will have over 10000 boards upon release. As for the larger board, under settings you can select larger board. The new 5.0 is slated to be released within the next 30-60 days. We are testing for bugs right now and need to make some changes for iOS 12. We hope the new update will make the game a 5 star for you but we appreciate the feedback none the less as it helps us to make a better game :)
