Don’t use it, it’s not reliable!!!
I download it, created my account, paid by card for 3 tickets for Florence tram trip and couldn’t open it again to check my tickets, to validate them when in the tram or to show them in case I was asked to. So… you cannot prove you have valid tickets even though you get an email you paid for them 🙃 you need to validate them on the bus/tram. I couldn’t do it in this app, I tried every min for my entire 30 min trip from Florence to Villa Costanza with no success 😕 therefore, it’s better to buy the paper tickets at the machines in the bus/tram stations ☺️ ✌️
