Tazz - Mâncare și alte pofte 17+

I really liked Tazz during the first weeks of use, however after a while a bug started to create issues at the “send order” button step as once it was selected, it wouldn’t reflect in real time the action it should do: “Order sent”, which would make one to press again, resulting afterwards in a double order and of course double charge.
I must admit, the customer service level was for each issue very good and fast, but it is really frustrating to have your money blocked up to 48h because of a bug.
This issue has been brought to the attention of each customer service agent I have talked to and they assured the fact that the problem has been communicated to the relevant department to be handled, but unfortunately it happened today too.
It would really be a pity to let a cool app and service get crappy.

At first it was a great app, to order food, to shop from your facourite store but now, only problems. A lot of the deliveries are incomplete, or you get something that you didn’t order or they are delivered very late or not all. They alaays blame the restaurants or the stores and they are never taking the blame. Once I placed an order from a store, a pretty big one si they said that in aprox. 2 hours it will be delivered, after 2 h I asked in the chat what is wrong with my delivery and they said that there aren’t enough people to deliver the orders and I asked them why would you accept the order if there aren’t enough people and they said it was the store’s problem not theirs and someone will be soon with my order and offer me to cancel my order and I said that cannot be the only solution and I need my order and I will wait, after another hour I wrote again and the same answer, and after 4 hours of waiting I asked again what is happening and they said that my order is still being prepared but no one to deliver it and I asked them to cancel it and told them that is very disrespectful what they’re doing and offered me a 20 lei discount on my next order and I said I will delete my account and the app because they are very problematic and everytime you (as a client) are left with only empty promises. Too bad for the restaurants and the stores because they have to suffer because of them :(.

I tried to place two orders on Tazz in Costinești, but I didn't receive the products or get my money back. The issue was that they don't deliver to Costinești, yet the address could be selected in the app, and the app was functioning in the area where I was. As shown in the picture, the address I selected is very clear. During the delivery process, I tried to contact the courier to get details about my order and its status, but all he told me was that he couldn't deliver them. The Tazz support team responded that it was due to an incorrectly chosen PIN, but this PIN was set automatically by the app, not by me, although they claim I could have chosen it. However, this option didn't work in the app, not even in the location where the order could be placed, indicating a technical issue with the app.

Additionally, after many attempts to contact them, I was called and told that I could either go to Constanța myself to pick up one of the orders or it would be canceled without a refund. One of the two orders was already canceled without a refund or any contact from support, claiming that I didn't answer their calls, even though I was the one trying to reach them. Also, I'm attaching a picture of the call list showing my attempts to contact the app, but I received no response for the first order.
