O aplicatie extrem de slab optimizata. Nici o optiune de a descarca desfasuratorul, este doar ceva super basic in alicatie, “Suma de rambursat” este mereu in urma si daca doresti sa faci o rsmbursare anticipata esti nevoit sa suni pentru a afla suma exacta, aplicatia de multe ori nu se incarca (si nu, nu e din cauza conexiunii)
Aplicația nu se actualizează.

După discuții pe mail și telefonice cu suportul tbi, am aflat ca aplicația se actualizează doar o dată pe lună. Deci extrasele de cont precum și plățile efectuate nu apar în cont nici după ce le efectuezi. Asta induce în eroare utilizatorul. Aplicația unei bănci trebuie actualizată mai des, ca să nu zic instant!! FIIND VORBA DE BANI, nu jucării pentru copii.
