Great but… :)
Great, honestly great, i’m using it every day when i take my dog out and because of it i’ m no longer stressed out cause my dog will smell some wild animal and starts to track it down, it’s a beagle he can’t help it :)
But sometimes, rarely, it takes to long to connect with the app or it has week signal even if my phone it’s full, there are still some details to work on. So it shouldn’t be a problem with the signal!!!
Some features are not well thought out
While the app mostly does its job well, there are a couple of annoying things that are worth mentioning: 1. The WiFi zone is disabling GPS location which is making it not just useless, but outright dangerous, the cat can be across the road, and it will still show it in the safe zone. 2. The default tracking history period of 1 day is something seemingly chosen on random, and is impossible to change. The single most important use of the tracking history is to see the direction where the cat ins heading, and to do that I have to manually change the period to one hour every effing single time. Showing me where my cat was yesterday at this time provides zero useful information. 3. Even though it’s not an app feature, the sound the tracker makes is very low, it’s usually easier to find a lost tracker using the light.
EDIT: I just noticed that Tractive commented on my review, which tells me things might not be that bad.
1. Yes, I have WiFi zone disabled, because it’s useless and dangerous without GPS.
2. Guys, I already have premium subscription, 2 of them. The problem is not that the history is too short, the problem is that it is always reset to 1 day period, even though I only need to see one hour of it. One day history of an active cat looks like a giant blue blur, it makes absolutely no sense.

Hi! 1. You can disable the Power Saving Zone and the tracker will connect the next time it leaves the area. 2. With a BASIC subscription, the history is 24 hours, but with a PREMIUM subscription it's 365 days. 3. We can change the tone of the sound for you. The gps is not reliable
Its the forth time when my dog is getting lost and the tracker . Im using the last tracker and it has all the features you dont actually need (fitness, sleep, etc...) The transition between wifi and celullar most of the time doesnt work, thus the tracker says that is offline when its of out wifi range. The critical path for this product is not working. Las time when i contacted the suport team, i told to replace my tracker thinking that my tracker might have a problem and they told me there was a problem with their services(obviously a major issue). The support team is answering very slow without giving a solution. i need to find a better alternative to their services.
