Enjoying the app
Very easy to use, I'm glad to see the "pre-market" and "after hours" informations with the last updates. Keep up with good work.
As mini bug that I found recently : After the last updates, the order of the stocks that I arranged in my watch list and other list doesn't save when closing the app.
As improvement from my opinion: try not to complicate too much the application (user interface) with a lot of feature (pre-market, after hours) or other in the feature. Maybe it will help a lot of people/the flexibility of the user interface just to have an aditional switch in settings (trading preferences) to activate or not this information view.

So far so good
When I first heard about Trading212, I have to admit, it sounded like a basic usual stock app and mostly because of the name, I don't know why. But I'm using it now for about 2-3 months and it's the best we can have in Europe and the closest to the M1 or Robinhood.
Customer support always provides good and quick responses and all that features are so helpful, especially the financial data on every company and all the other stats.
It would be awesome if you'll include companies from the Bucharest stock exchange.
I'm waiting anyway for the DRIP feature, can't wait to test it. And 1 more thing, when I'm in the portfolio tab, when I select 1M, 3M or 1Y I would like to see the return only in the respective timeline and not the total return (only when I have selected MAX I want to see the total return)
Good services after all!
First time I reviewed the application Trading 212 at 1 star, because they declined my bank statement multiple times. After I invested a small ammount just to test the fees and the withdrawal time, I had to reconsider the given rating. The services are very good, the money was transfered within 48 hours back in my account without considerable fees.

All of the documents you provide are checked by real people. However, the regulations we must follow when it comes to these documents are very strict. For example, the Proof of Address document needs to contain the full address, including the name of the city, which might be a reason why yours was not accepted.
