The devs have to be the most idiots people of the world for not including the option the change the app language!! 🤦🏼♂️
I am in Turkey, the app is in Turkish and I don’t know Turkish. So no way to change in English means the app is completely useless!

The worst shopping App, you should be very cautious
Am gonna say it a hundred times, they don’t care about their customers nor delivery people, i am going to share my experience: shattered glass everywhere, even the ones that were not broken had shatters in them, me and the delivery person got hurt while opening the package, he had to report it and even provided me with a proof of broken items, i tried to get help about the order (to send me a new set at least) but they didn’t help at all telling me i should return it despite the safety concerns I have highlighted. Handling these damaged products poses a serious risk, and I do not believe this is in the best interest of customer safety. I am so disappointed, gonna post this everywhere so people in Romania would be cautious!

No customer support provided, orders sent incomplete
I have placed an order with 8 items and selected their latest method of payment, cash/card on delivery, not that it makes any difference. The package arrived non-damaged, I paid for the whole amount, but it only included 4 of the 8 purchased items. Reached out to customer support multiple times, tried calling - no answer, no call back-, sent multiple emails, they response was that no refund will be initiated as they sent the correct and full order.
Leaving aside the low quality of the products which is no news, this is something that has never happened to me with any other shopping site, including Temu, Shein or others.
Complete and utter disappointment.
