Easy to iar, you get to buy tickets, follow your artists, see news about everything related to the festival. The map is also a useful resource to help you navigate through the festival grounds. I especially enjoyed that the app works even when your internet connection is really bad.Good job 👏

The most accessible bottom buttons hardly cover any of the most used flows. Most of the app promotes buying tickets and if you already have tickets, the app becomes so painful to use because it still wants you to buy tickets and promotes those flows.Doing anything for your already bought tickets takes several steps.Accessing fest related info breaks most of the time due to timeouts. Fest Map is horrible to navigate with those tiny icons.For ticket packages, fellows don't get to see their tickets in their own accounts if you checked them in. Who thought that after you buy a package, you are supposed to TRANSFER THEIR TICKETS, at an additional expense, obviously. Makes no sense and it's so easy to fix: their tickets are checked in with the same email and telephone as their account: just make them visible on their app as well.At this point, unfortunately, the app feels like Untold just became a cash cow.
Very bad experience

Most of the night, app was down. Icons for navigating the app too small. Exit sign were not accurate and created confusion because not all point marked as exit were available at all times (you had to travel to that point and see it was marked as just emergency exit). Very very disappointed. Plus, the experience with the app was overall bad. Functionality is not intuitive. I was not able to use it while i was there. And making now updates everyday to fix the issue while festival is on-going, showing bad planning. You should have known the estimations based on how many tickets had sold.

I used it to create my lineup for the festival and it worked absolutely perfect. I also had my online check in done successfully and I think that the app is functioning without problems! Good job, I hope it will always be updated because it helps people a lot☺️
