Good overall app and services
Thank you for fixing any existing issues. Few days ago the face id unlocking option was broken and was forced to type my passowrd every time. Now is working as normal.
The application itself is super simple and easy to use and the accepted vendor list is pretty big. I had few encounters when i wasn’t able to pay, but was obvious the shop itself being just a small boutique. The up time was as named, “up”. Never had a problem when I coudn’t pay because of server side issues.
Useless
The app login is not functional. I got logged out and it’s impossible to log in again even after months of trying! I keep getting the message that either my email or my password is not valid. Tried to change them, but still the same error. At least the website works to check my balance… but the app itself is completely useless. I gave 2 stars because it did work in the past …
Good app
It’s a very useful app for me and the UI is better compared to the previous app. However, I do not receive any push notifications when I use the card. Transactional push notifications are set to “on”, and I added the correct phone number.
Later edit: I ended up re-installing the app and I receive the notifications now.
