After the latest updates you cannot review your membership anymore. I’ve searched all the pages poor designed without being able to find the new section “go buy membership”.

Can't report bugs that are costing me money

It annoys me to h*ll that my gym is using this app. I can't report a bug that's costing me money every time I'm freezing my membership because I'm going on vacation or something.Basically if I select 2 days to freeze for example, they extend my membership by 2 days but they freeze 3 days. It's happened every time I froze my membership!! At this rate they'll have to provide me with a free month to the gym next year 😡

Hi,Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about this — I can see how this situation can be really inconvenient. We passed your feedback along to our development team, and they’ll review the way the active freeze period is displayed and explained in the app.

For a few weeks now, whenever I try to connect, it says I have a bad connection “connect to a stable network”.I get this on several wifi networks and on my data connection, all the other apps work so the problem is the upfit app. I made sure the app is updated but it doesn’t help.
