Seems like fraud
I have booked and paidfor a cleaner professional,waited for 5 hours they don’t answer the phone and on the chat they say they can’t come (after 5 hours)rude unprofessional Also I have been cheated on a membership I didn’t sign for and I keep on getting charged ,raised the issue multiple times nothing has been done about it yet! Imagine paying for a service and never getting it
Second day they promised to come they just blocked me and stopped answering service was not delivered
Staff is not qualified
Is the second time i use this app for pedicure and both times I was very unhappy with the skills of the staff.
The lady that came last was clearly not used to work with nails and when I asked she said that normally she is doing hair. This people are exploited instead of having people qualified for each area.
Other than the comfort of having this service at home, there is no added value to it. Same price you get in any saloon but with better end result.
Very unprofessional
The booking was canceled on my behalf ( I was not informed about it, just seen in a few hours before the lady supposed to come). And it was saying that I canceled, which it not true.
