im a vs editor
talking as a videostar editor, i completely LOVE this app, it took me awhile to get used to using it but now i can’t bring myself to edit on any other app. videostar has many good functions and all the updates lately made the app even cooler. one thing i do dislike is how the quality when you use multilayer gets ruined at some point. besides that, i do not have any other complain, the app itself is awesome.
Complicated to use😔
I have no clue how to use the app! I watched a lot of tutorials and all said the same thing: there is nothing free on this app. QR codes don’t work. And I am I supposed to make my own transitions?! And how? Also, there is nothing free and pro is super expensive. I recommend the app only to those who don’t mind spending a lot of time trying to figure everything out, and for those who don’t, like me, I recommend apps like funimate and alight motion. I’ve seen a lot of amazing video star edits and I don’t know how they were made. All I can do is split, which doesn’t help with anything. As much as I want to, I cannot rate this app 5 stars, but only 3😔😣

Video Star the app is free and contains hundreds of built-in effects, which you can use in literally a million combinations. So, people can download it and make all kinds of great videos and never have to pay anything at all, which is really cool. We charge for some effects so that we can pay the awesome software programmers who make all of this stuff possible.
You should watch the tutorials we post on @videostarapptutorials. Also, you can find users’ tutorials in our app” by clicking “?” on Video Star’s main screen. And we go live every Sunday and teach you how to edit, you should join! You could win a Silver All Access Pass!

It’s pretty nice
I mean, I don’t even know how to edit on this app but how many edits I’ve seen on Tik Tok keep pushing me to give up on CapCut and start editing on this app. It’s pretty hard I don’t even know how to even add the clips but in time I hope that I’ll learn. I’ll give 5 stars because it’s interesting and people do nice edits on this app! Maybe after some months I’ll come back with an update
