Vinted: preloved marketplace 4+

This is the best app I’ve used so far for shopping! Not only it supports re-usage of items, supporting environment, it’s safe and great for finding the most suitable item! Fun as well, negociating prices with other users and offering a communicating channel for finding out all the needfull details! Love it also for encouraging shopping cross borders, with Poland users and shipping costs are less than national ones- amazed and gratefull for having it- thank you Vinted team!

It is disheartening to see how some sellers blatantly breach the Catalogue Rules without facing any consequences, while others, like myself, have our items unfairly targeted for removal. Recently, I had an item removed that was originally purchased from Vinted, simply because it wasn't considered "original." What's even more frustrating is that the original seller faced no punishment for this. This was not an isolated incident; it seems that 3 out of 5 of my listings have been taken down for what I can only describe as silly reasons. It is unacceptable to see such inconsistency in policy enforcement, with some sellers seemingly immune to repercussions. I have expressed my concerns directly to Vinted's support team, but the lack of meaningful action is disappointing. Until Vinted starts treating their sellers fairly and equally, I cannot recommend this platform. Sellers deserve better than this discrimination. I urge Vinted to take a hard look at their policies and enforcement methods. Fairness and equality should be at the core of any platform, and Vinted is falling short.

As I said before and I have no idea why my review doesn’t appear , they permanently blocked my account without any further notice, because supposedly I’m selling counterfeit items, 18 of my listings were suspected to be counterfeit. I have to mention that those items were bought only from official stores and were baby clothes, so I really don’t understand how they became suspicious, I was not selling anything luxurious or expensive. I sent them about 10 messages trying to get am explanation or at least to offer them more detailed pictures to prove the authenticity of the items, I only got one reply and after that only the automatic one and nobody reviewed anything. I’m seeing that my experience is very common practice. Overall very disappointing and bad experience, no respect for the user, probably all the process if a very automatic one and prone to error and there are no many actual “humans” in there to check.
