As I said before and I have no idea why my review doesn’t appear , they permanently blocked my account without any further notice, because supposedly I’m selling counterfeit items, 18 of my listings were suspected to be counterfeit. I have to mention that those items were bought only from official stores and were baby clothes, so I really don’t understand how they became suspicious, I was not selling anything luxurious or expensive. I sent them about 10 messages trying to get am explanation or at least to offer them more detailed pictures to prove the authenticity of the items, I only got one reply and after that only the automatic one and nobody reviewed anything. I’m seeing that my experience is very common practice. Overall very disappointing and bad experience, no respect for the user, probably all the process if a very automatic one and prone to error and there are no many actual “humans” in there to check.

Heavy to upload, heavy to use, blocked abusive or scammer users can still find your account and harrass with fake reports. the platform is filled with fake items that even if they are reported they are not taken down. people with genuine items get their accounts suspended for “comercial listings” for God knows what reasons as their rules are at best absurd, most certainly people that sell fake perfumes and other counterfeit goods have no problems. It’s a mess of a platform for decent people that just want to sell their items in peace. It’s very weird, very random and targets honest sellers and there is no control over the rampant fakes that have swarmed the platform and are being sold daily successfully. It’s abusive, absurd with abusive rules that are used against honest people. No help from the help department. If you are an honest seller and you get reported for the most absurd of reasons you will your listings deleted and later on you will get suspended temporarily or for good. Getting stupid offers from users and getting harassed is also encouraged by this platform. Stupid rules for a stupid platform with a stupid app that cares more about making money at everyone’s expense without any real consideration.

this is without a doubt the best app to buy unique and outstanding clothes for amazing prices, i have been using this app for over two years and i only get clothes from here

one little issue i would like to mention , since a few updates my recommended tab is placed where the for you should be and ever since then i cannot find anything i like , the recommended items are not even the slightest similar to the ones i favorited , i would like this fixed . also the tabs where you could see new items from the brands you follow is also gone , i do not need a tab with my favorite items on my home sceen when i can access it from the profile . Thank you
