Disrespectful client service

I have the PRO version, which worked fine until I had a problem with the recorded sound being muffled as opposed to any other sound capture app I used where the sound came clean. I contacted client support, they asked me to update OS and said that it’s my microphone. I updated OS and that didn’t work, they completely stopped replying, even after I followed up with another email saying I still need help. Very irresponsible and unprofessional.
