Pretty good, need some upgrades

The app runs smoothly but it would be awesome if it had 10 seconds backwards and forward buttons, plus if you’re watching a series and you have to close the app, when you reopen the app it won’t continue from where you stopped it.

I recently subscribed to Voyo and have been thoroughly disappointed with the service. Here are some key issues I encountered:Technical Glitches: There are numerous technical issues. The app crashes frequently, and I often get error messages that force me to restart my device. This seriously hampers the viewing experience. Customer Service: The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. It takes ages to get a reply, and when you do, the responses are generic and do not address the specific problems you're facing.Overall, Voyo falls short in almost every aspect. Considering the subscription fee, it's definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable streaming platform.

It has a lot of errors. First, if I pause a series and exit the application, when I want to play it back it doesn't start, I have to completely exit the respective episode and play it from the main screen. Second, I searched a lot for a movie/series to download offline. I had a hard time finding a movie, it was downloaded at home, but when I watched it on the plane, the download had an error. Third, I had a hard time getting it to work on Chromecast, and yet the Romanian subtitles didn't work, even though they worked normally on the phone. In fact, I haven't been able to use Voyo in any country I've been to so far.

It is one of the worst app, it doesn’t offer nothing for the money you are paying for it. You have a low quality selection of movies and series and the Premier League matches lag a lot. The ball has always 2 frames per second and the match commentary and sound is ahead of the actual game. You pay money for the same quality of free illegal streaming sites. Why did you purchase the rights for Premier League if you have if you don’t have the ability to sustain it? Just pay for ANY other streaming platform, it’s just not worthy.
