After the trial period, if offered, your subscription automatically renews unless turned off 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple account settings. Removing the app doesn't cancel the subscription.

Expensive
I got no notification that my free trial was over, plus that the app does not help me personally, and all of a sudden I find a charge on my account, and of quite a big sum, considering I have the forest app. Can we solve this somehow?

Hello,
Sorry to hear this happened. As the message on the subscription page suggested, you must manually cancel your subscriptions in your device settings to stop further charges. Unfortunately, app developers have no control over users' subscription plans, so we aren't able to cancel them for you.
Because your payment is managed by Apple, if you would like to refund your purchase, Apple may be able to provide a refund provided it was purchased within the last 90 days. Unfortunately, because the WaterDo app purchased on iOS is managed via the Apple App Store, we don’t have the ability to process a refund for you directly.
*Note: Apple may not approve all refund requests. Some items and purchases older than 90 days aren’t eligible for refunds. Apple Support can provide further information on their refund policy and how long a refund might take to arrive.
Crash and Data lost
After added all my reminders from another app waterdo started crashing and could not open it again. I remove it and reinstall it and now is working but all my data got lost. Not gonna use it again.
PS: i noticed app stop working when u add a to do that need to repeat every 12 months. Hope this will help devs to fix this.
