B e s t Online Shopping!
For sure Yoox is the best option for
Online shopping. Since 2013 i am buying weekly clothes and home accessories, decorations. Everything, all the time, all services were perfectly! For me, they are best option, thank you for everything!
Worst
I made an order and I wrote my actual address, but idk why the order was set to be shipped at a previously used address. So immediately after making the order I tried canceling it directly from the app and sent them 2 emails asking to cancel it/change the address. They didn’t answer, the “cancel my order” button from the app didn’t work, so they shipped the package to the wrong address saying it was too late to cancel it because it has already shipped (after I did all I could to cancel it before it was shipped). I called UPS and they told me they didn’t pick up the package yet so they were able to change the address, but yoox didn’t want to. Not trust worthy. Never buying from them again!
PS. They don’t even bother modeling the clothes. I think it’s very difficult buying something if I don’t know how it looks on.
PS2. The prices are weird, the prices (before sale) are different from one day to the other.
They took my money and didn’t send me the order
So for one week, i’ve been trying to get to yoox customer care. After i placed the order and after i put my credit card data, the page said “error” and then the order was not placed but the money was taken from me. For one week i’ve been trying to understand what was happening and to wait for the money or the order but all that i get is “Costumer Service is going to get back to you asap! Thank you for your patience 💗🙏”
I have send them one or 2 messages everyday and the same response.
Don’t buy from here, never..
