A message for the online students
Hey guys, the Zoom app is pretty ok, not the highest quality or most options, but it is just perfect for what I need. I’ve lately noticed that more students have given this app a low rating just because teachers use this app for online school. I honestly don’t know why this app was chosen for online school during quarantine , since I need to say there are better apps. But I am sure of a thing: giving this app a low rating won’t help you. Now the quarantine is over, but my school, for example, has hybrid system and still uses Zoom for students who are online. Even if this app gets mostly one star rating, the teachers can be smart enough to check the ratings and see most of you rated it low because you are tired of online school. Even if the app isn’t used anymore for online school, there are hundreds of apps who can still be used instead of Zoom, and you can’t low rate them all. So giving low rates won’t help you and it will confuse adults who try to use the app for meetings. So stop it. I don’t want online school either, but this is not the solution. Sorry for my essay, but I don’t like seeing an app which has low rating because of students who want to be lazy.
Fix bugs!!!!!
It's a good app, but it has some bugs that should be fixed. The worst things that are happening are:
•the camera is freezing(not just for me, for a lot of people in the meeting)
•the sound in freezing(again, not just for me)
I hope I helped you, and now I have a question: when your camera is off, how can you put a picture instead of your name?????🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Overall, the app is good but it has some minor bugs. By the way, please tell me how you can put a picture when your camera is off. Bye!!!!👋
Zoom is great but.....
Hi, zoom has helped A LOT with the pandemic going on . But there are some problems : where the camera or microphone freezes you have to rejoin which is a bit annoying after a while.
Other then that Zoom is a great platform and it helps a lot of students attend school in a safe spot . Personally I do online school but other people can have meetings to interact with people in quarantine or have business meetings for work .
