海南菜，又称琼菜，是中国传统八大菜系之外颇具自身风味的地方菜系之一。海南菜历经两千余年的发展历程，既有福建、广东沿海各省的烹饪之法，又吸收黎族、苗族和当地原住民的饮食文化，引进东南亚等地的特色佳肴，形成了特色鲜明、风味百变的海南菜系,素有"海产万类，陆产千名"的美誉。
