Many thanks for your feedback. We want to inform you that data protection is essential to us and that we do not pass on or collect any data. Do you use other Instagram Analytics apps that you have logged in with?
There are the following possibilities as the cause of the problem:
- Too many requests were sent to Instagram, and therefore Instagram has blocked your profile for security reasons. You can unlock it with your password within the original Instagram app
- If you use other Instagram Analytics apps, please check their privacy policies. It is possible that another app does not handle your data correctly, and therefore Instagram has also blocked your profile for security reasons.
