Dear Crunchyroll
If y’all are seeing this, I really appreciate the app and the support of the app,But there are some things that would be AMAZING to fix:
1. I know that it takes a lot of money to remove ads, and I appreciate that y’all are fixing bugs and other issues, but instead y’all need to upgrade it to the level where we can watch anime without ads
2. I think I have never seen an anime you can watch without having premium, and I mean THE WHOLE ANIME (not just 3 episodes)
Still, I know that it takes a lot of money but If you want to watch anime normally you need to spend your literal life saving on having premium
3. I personally think that if y’all fixed all of these things and problems that y’all would have A LOT more downloads of the app
I hope y’all see this and I hope you improve👍
