Overall impression – fine

I had two flights with eDreams, it went fine.
When I forgot to cancel trial Prime subscription, I was charged 65€.
But after spending some time in the app and waiting on a phone line for more than 20 minutes I finally got my refund.
So overall impression is good, just the customer service could be better.

SCAMMERS!!!!

Dont use this application I see that even people who bought something with them they have problem’s whits canceling subscription, they ccharged me 216e and today 90 euros eithout my permissions and I made an account just to contact them but I see that there is no option for easy contact….

I paid for flexible ticket, and when I tried to change the flight they where asking me to pay extra 950 EURO for date change.
