Description
Procedures in the palm of your hand.
InQubo enables users to be linked to all documentation relevant to them. Once linked the users can quickly and easily access company related governance documentation (procedures, standards, etc.) using their mobile or desktop devices. Once users have familiarised themselves with the document, they can be assessed, directly on their devices. When a document is updated, the relevant users receive a notification of change. This ensures all users are always up to date on the documentation that apply to them.
What’s New
Version 1.9.0
Added functionality to re-assess users on already completed assessments.
Added automatic expiry of an assessment to allow user to re-take the assessment periodically.
Re-assessments will also trigger on custom setup periods to enforce users to always be up to code on all procedures.
