Do not use this service
I purchased several tickets in the past without any issues. However, when I bought plane tickets this time, the service automatically filled in passport details from previous flights without my knowledge, and it filled in the wrong month. I noticed it immediately and tried to correct the information, but the service demanded 30 euros for the correction. The service did not provide me with the opportunity to verify the accuracy of the data, filled them in incorrectly, and still demanded 30 euros for the correction. The support team responds with prepared answers and refuses to fix their mistake. Avoid using this service if you value your time and money.

Bad support (AI)
I am very disappointed with this app and their support.
this year I have had more than 10 flights through them and everything is great until the moment when support should be involved to solve the problem.
it is immediately transferred to Ai who cannot solve the problem.
my specific problem is that I bought a ticket from Sri Lanka to Bangkok yesterday and today I found out that I need to go to the next location.
I need an agent to connect my flight so that I can buy another one through this stupid app, which is UpSell for you idiots.
but that's why I'm going to delete the application and install another one, because you only care about selling and not supporting loyal customers.
