Sleeping at midnight for 5 cycles? Wake up at 7:30 AM. Need to wake up at 6:00 AM, but want 6 cycles? Then hit the bed at 9:00 PM. Not falling asleep immediately? Customize your fall asleep time. PS: Most people need ~ 15 minutes to fall asleep.
