When he senses the timing is off, he can pass the ball to a teammate during the shot, reducing the chances of a turnover.

Balance Adjustments:
Increase the shooting trajectory of Small Forward.
After a block, the ground ball can only be contested after it touches the ground. If both players reach the ball simultaneously, the possession is determined by the control value.
Ranger: Block rating changed from A+ to S.
Jacky: Skill - Fadeaway 3PTS, increased hit rate from lv1 to lv3.
Boa: Skill - Fadeaway Mid Shot, increased base hit rate.
Julian/Niko: Skill - Hop Step, mid-range shot hit rate changed to overall hit rate.
Black Crow: Skill - Turnaround Jump Shot, increased release height and speed.
Rika: Skill - Jump Stop Shot, increased release height and speed.
Sara: Skill - Quick Key Shot, level increased to LV4. Effect: adds an extra 7% hit rate and an extra 7% resistance to interference.
Biggo: Skill - Double Pump Dunk, level increased to LV4. Effect: after a successful dunk, increases the hit rate of the next two dunks by 10% and adds an extra 5% to the dunk hit rate.

Fixed the issue where Andrew gets stuck after receiving the ball during a Quick Pick-and-Roll.
Fixed the issue where Gretta's Double Pump layup animation looks like a sprinting Double Pump.
