Version 8.4.0
ケアマネの標準担当件数は、令和6年度（2024年）の4月より、基準として44件となった。減算にあたる居宅介護支援費Ⅱが適用されるのは45件以上となる。事務職員を配置している場合、国の運用する「ケアプランデータ連携システム」を活用している場合の、二つの要件を満たすことで、基準となる件数が49件となり、減算が適用されるのは50件以上と緩和することができる。
