Lack of flexibility.

The app proves to be working perfectly until you begin to encounter problems. I do not know why but password reset has proven to be the world’s most difficult thing with ABSA Botswana bank app because you need a valid debit card to reset your password. It sounds ideal at first but wait until you are in a situation similar to mine where you are failing to reset your login password because you have an expired debit card (due to measures beyond my control) and the only way to reset it is with a valid debit card. Why can’t the bank provide another alternative way to reset my password like a verification process that’ll allow me to reset my password with the touch of a link? It is a method that various service providers use because it is rather convenient, quick and hustle free. My frustration is also added on to the fact that the bank still insists on using a valid debit card to reset my password of which is a much longer process because I would have to wait an eternity going through the of creating a new bank card remotely. Why can’t the bank, who provides the internet banking service, find another way to help me reset my password?
