Awful service

Dear AirArabia, your service is trully disappoint. Your positioning like an ideal transporter in real life is no more than worlds. I had some health trouble and have to rescedule my trip on the way from MOW to Katmandu. But to cancel penalties I was advised to give medicine papers to Russian office. Already month and a half passes, but still Moscow office couldn't give any feedback. All my attempts to send to central were faced with complete indifference. I still have no an answer for the question and returng my panalties according to companies rules.
People try to avoide dealing with this company.

Terrible app

This is a terrible app 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 nothing works. Just getting errors on different screens.

И приложение не о чем и сама авиакомпания такая же. Шарага. Рейс задержали. Ни ответа ни привета.
