Dear Sirs, what's wrong with you?! I was in Cyprus and bought your card for 5 euros and a top-up of 20 euros in a store. Now I'm away and I can't use the ridiculous amount of 25 euros. What do I need to do to get them credited to me??!! Then return the money to my Israeli card if you don't want to let me put 25 euros on your useless service. What limited profile??!!! Are you completely crazy?!! They didn't tell me in the store that your useless cards are only for EU residents

Transferred money through the AirCash service via a QR code to a mobile operator. The mobile operator has not seen money received. AirCash support said that they couldn’t help because they see in the system that the money has gone. Why can’t they figure it out and check whether the money has actually gone and not look at what the system shows them? They also said that the only thing they could do was provide official confirmation that the money had been transferred and move my application to another department, but no one contacted me.

Downloaded this app to top up my ENC in Croatia. After downloading I’ve transferred 1000 kuna from my bank card to Aircash account. This went smoothly. After that my Aircash account was immediately blocked saying that I need to verify it through my ID. Internal scanner could not see my ID. Had to send it over email to customer support. It took them several days to verify my account. Went back to Aircash to transfer the money into ENC. And... “Transaction can not be processed. Contact customer service”. Seems like I’ve lost a lot of time and 1000 kn there. Please stay away from it.
