Can’t watch video

Can’t watch video: endless downloading all the time. Tried to delete app and install again, but the problem remains. Both on iPhone and iPad.

Video problem

Hello, dears! There’s an issue with video content - it looks like the videos are loading but nothing happens and it’s impossible to watch any video in the app. The device is iPhone XS with iOS 13.3.
Kindly ask you to fix this problem. Thank you in advance!
