Когда включаешь фотосъемку на телефоне, то аудиогид прекращает говорить. Это неудобно

Идея хорошая, реализовано плохо
Попробовали непосредственно в музее на 2 телефонах, приложение все время зависает (в том числе набор текста при поиске экспоната), наведение камеры на картины не работает, кьюар кодов в Третьяковке нет, т.е. экспонат можно найти только вручную в поиске(долго и неудобно), кнопка «я в музее» непонятно как должна функционировать(наверное, геолокация? Но что мы в музее не определял) В общем идея отличная, реализовано как всегда… это делается на бюджетные деньги 🙈😉

Здравствуйте! Благодарим вас за подробный и содержательный отзыв! Для начала работы приложения достаточно просто навести камеру на экспонат — в Третьяковской галерее такой функционал есть в зале Древнерусского искусства.
Не работает.
Находясь в русском музее ни один qr код надписью AR и без таковой не работает. Ловите кол. Наймите тестеров. Не надо использовать простых людей в этом качестве.

Здраствуйте, в Русском музее в основной экспозиции QR-коды от других приложений. А значком AR обозначены предметы, которые можно распознать наведением на сам экспонат, как и написано на обучающих экранах приложения. Спасибо вам за отзыв. Мы обратились в музей, чтобы они повесили новые QR-коды Артефакта, чтобы в дальнейшем не путать пользователей.
