Explore a collaboration between Do Ho Suh and children in AR!
This app works in conjunction with a workbook produced on the occasion of an interactive exhibition, Do Ho Suh and Children: Artland (Buk-Seoul Museum of Art, July 2022–March 2023).
Scan the Species poster to learn about the inhabitants and ecosystems of Artland. Tap on each creature to bring it to life and hear its characteristics. Make sure your volume is turned on!
With Artland, Do Ho Suh invites children and young people to participate in the growth of a fantastical ecosystem that the artist and his children have been crafting out of modelling clay for over seven years at their London home. Artland is inhabited by diverse species of animals and plants. Its unique climate and soil result in different growth cycles and conditions for its flora and fauna to those on Earth.
