Can't set password and face ID

Hello, I can’t set a password and face-ID in the settings - an SMS code comes to the phone and after entering it, a notification pops up that the user used 3 attempts and was blocked for 30 minutes.

The application always logs me out

Another application (not business) works great but not this one.
The application always logs me out. I have to re-enter my long password and receive SMS verification. All the settings for quick login are reset, and I have to set up Face ID login again. This happens EVERY DAY.
