Sorry we couldn’t find this barcode

The app doesn’t work. “Sorry we couldn’t find this barcode” it said. But the barcode is in a database of the website

Our database has over 274 million unique products, and is growing every day. It's very possible that some of the items you scanned aren't available in our app... yet. If the app doesn't return product info, there are buttons to easily search for the barcode online. We encourage you to play around with the app a bit more for a proper evaluation.
