I had some issues with subscription, but we solved it with the support team really quick.

Thank you for being so understanding. It was my bad that it wasn’t clear how the subscription worked (in the first version of the App we had a Stripe payment system, now we use Apple in app purchases) and - thanks to you I will make sure something like this won’t happen again. Sincerely, Daniel.
