Better Workout was planned and designed to be as simple as possible and easy to use. Focusing specifically on the workout experience so you have confidence during your workouts. We are excited to continue improving and evolving the app with our Better Workout community in the process.

FEATURES

Programs
Better Workout includes 4 different programs to choose from based on your personal goals. When you choose a program you are guided through a full set of exercises with a big timer, name of the exercise and sound indicator. This takes any guesswork out and keeps you focused on your exercise.

Custom Workouts
Better Workout allows you to create your own workouts wether time or repetition (reps) based. Create your HiiT workout or your weight lifting session. It's up to you what type of workout you want to do!

Progress
The path to a fit, healthy life is easier when you can track your progress. Keep track of your progress by weight, calories burned, how many times this week you've worked out. Consistency is key so as you continually hit your goals the app will reward you with achievements along the way!

Helpful and useful app.

Thanks to the developer team (or one Youtuber). The app is really smooth and useful. So 5 stars absolutely earned.

By the way, if you copying the time for push notification and after that delete it, the app crashes. Disable selection option to avoid it.
