Binaural beats can help you relax, meditate, sleep, or even concentrate.

Binaural is the simplest, easiest to use binaural beats generator. Just pick a frequency, hit play, and it'll do the rest.

Set a timer to have Binaural gently stop playback at a time of your choosing.

Match Binaural's Colors and icon to your taste, environment, and mood.

Binaural can also generate rain – mix it in with the beats to soften them and block out environmental noise, or use it by itself as a noise machine.

Your sessions will be logged to the Health app as "Mindful Minutes", if you so desire.

You can control Binaural from Siri, Shortcuts, Apple Watch, Control Center, the Lock Screen, and with the buttons on compatible headsets. Headphones are highly recommended!

Очень красивое приложение. Легко и удобно выбирать частоту. Приятный глазам дизайн. И малый вес приложения. Всего чуть меньше 15 мегабайт. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Воспроизводит звук от 0,5hz. Очень интересно. Каким это интересно образом происходит, если диапазон частот начинается от 20hz? А то что меньше ухо просто не слышит этот инфразвук. Просто тишина. Не тратьте деньги на этот развод

Hi! Sorry, I don't speak Russian! Hope this helps anyway.

The app doesn't play sounds outside of the human hearing range, nor does it claim to. The frequency you can select in the app is the "beat frequency", which is the frequency *difference* between the two sounds played in each ear, not the frequency *of* any of those two sounds.

So for example, if you selected 10Hz, the app might play a 435Hz sound in the left channel and a 445Hz sound in the right one.
