Невозможно выполнить задание, так как синяя кнопка внизу слегка выглядывает и не активна! Адаптируете уже приложение под все популярные разрешения !!!

Worst experience ever with app and support

While you can read feedback from others about app user experience ( I fully support all negative feedbacks left here) I need to share my experience with support. I bought 2 books for my German study and was using it from my devices via app. When I changed my iPad ( it is normal that people change devices from time to time right?) and got a message in app that I cannot use it as I reached max number of devices… and that is it..no advice what to do.. Of case it was not stated that app has this limit but Ok I thought I can delete my old devices somewhere in settings …and guess - it is not possible. Okey…. I wrote to support via app ( you cannot call them, only email) and got the message that ticket is registered :) no resolution time, nothing ( remember I am using this app for my study and really need it). Now I am waiting already 2nd week for my response for the resolution. Once a day I try to reach Helpdesk via Mail - of cause zero reaction. Stone Age of support, user-experience, responsibility and zero respect for customers. Hard to believe it is commercial product. Ticket number 420259.
For sure one star is too much but it is minimum allowed here.
