App is not working for the last 3 months

The app just crashes when I open it. I tried to reinstall it, the same result and it’s not even updated. What the hell is going on in your company? Don’t you have money to fix a small bug?

Hi kovalchuk0803, we are sorry to learn about your experience with the App. The current App should run smoothly as long as your iOS device is minimum of 15.4 or above. Is the device version is below 15.4 then the App will not function. Please reach out to help@mybluerewards.com with details of your device and our team will further investigate on the issue.

Does not work

Nice bonus system probably but I can not use my bonuses since it works only through app and app never worked for the last 4 months.
Have IPhone 14 with always up to date soft
Deleted and reinstalled multiple times
Wrote to support
Issue never sold
Can not enter account - app ether has a rotating circle forever or throws me out and shots down the app

Bugged update

Dear team,
Released update fails on login stage - after I enter mobile phone it answers “Error Response”.
Great you’re sending event emails and etc forwarding into the app, but may be you’ll fix bugs first?
