The customer books service provider. The service provider completes the service, and the payment is made. Once the payment is made, both can rate each other.

On every property visit, the customers can easily view the property as per the Roll Number, Full Address, Pin Number. And yes, he needs his 1 point. The customer needs to buy a point for visiting the property.

When the customer is searching for a property that is not available in the application, he can share his property requirement with the admin.

When the customers find the property details incorrect, CanAgents has a "Report-Property" function, where the property details are sent to the admin.

The customers can share their personal views of his property whether they want to sell or rent it. For this, he gets a lead about the property, and he needs to fill-up the form. Then, the admin analyzes the property details and uploads them to the portal.

Live chat functionality is available where the customers can even chat with the service provider.
