Use booking.com instead

I've been loyal to Choice hotels for 3 years. During this time had multiple issues with wrong rates and missing reservation. And never got any compensation for that. Spent hours on the phone woth them, and all i get is "we appologize". That is not what I expect to get back after loosing my funds on their mistakes. They are not flexible at all. They just want your money for the room, and when it goes to problems, they have never solved a single issue that I had. They don't respect their clients, so why should we bring our money to them. Use booking.com instead, always good service from them for last 6 years. With Choice Hotels double check your rates and call to hotel beforehand to verify that you do have a room booked. Otherwise you'll get their apologies and will lose your money. Be careful!
