We have streamlined the application process to make it as easy as possible for riders to join our platform.

Our app also requires riders to provide their identification and vehicle registration details to ensure that they meet the necessary requirements for delivering goods. Once their profile is complete, they will be able to start receiving delivery requests.

Once the order is placed, the rider closest to the pickup location will receive a notification with all the details of the order. They can choose to accept or decline the request based on their availability. If they accept the request, they will be given the exact location of the pickup and drop-off points.
Once the rider reaches the store or restaurant, they will pick up the items and proceed to the customer's location.

When the rider arrives at the customer's location, they will hand over the items, and the customer can complete the transaction directly through the app.
