Bad communication

I would advise users of the Dardoc app to be cautious when using the service to hire a nanny. While I found a good nanny through the app, there were some issues with the app's customer service and communication. They failed to inform me when they stopped working with my nanny's agency and also sent a new nanny to the wrong address, despite I having updated the address in the app. In both situations, it took some effort to get a resolution and the manager was rude in handling the matter. So, if you decide to use Dardoc, make sure to double-check all details and communicate clearly with the app's customer service team to avoid similar issues.

Unprofessional

Don’t use this service if you appreciate your time, money and nerves. They forget to take enough blood on the first try and had to come again. Then they didn’t send me the results during 48 hours as it was mentioned in app, it took a whole week and a few reminders.
