cant start the program and cant contact support

bought this app to recover some photos but cant. App doesnt want to find my SD, trying to email support but all emails were return..
it is really hard to put work app in app store w/o any support????

Does not work!!!!

Bought the program to recover a WORD file from an aexternal memory stick. External volumes are not visible. Money totally wasted...
